Rate Conditions:-
- The above room rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge, applicable vat and American breakfast for 2 persons
- Extra person charge will apply for 3rd persons sharing room inclusive of service charge, applicable vat, American breakfast and Extra bed.

- No extra charge for 1st children under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents. Except American Breakfast charge of Baht 250 net per day.

• Guarantee Booking: A valid credit card is required by the Lanta Pura Beach resort to process payment for the booking. This guarantee can be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation. The client accepts that the full amount due for this reservation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
• Cancellation: Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival dated is one night accommodation charge, cancellation made 72 hours prior to arrival date is full period of accommodation charge.
• No Show Policy: Non-arrival is full period of booking charge.
